RETURNS + EXCHANGES

As a small business we value you and want to do everything we can to provide a great experience. Because your business is so important to us, we want to make it easy to find the right size, a different color or even a different style that matches your needs. That is why all exchanges or returns for store credit are free.

Please visit our returns portal to process a return. 

For refunds to your the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount to the original form of payment
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee on all refunds - return shipping is free for all exchanges or store credit
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
  • Monogrammed and sale items are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Made to Order items are only eligible for store credit and a $20 re-stocking fee
Returns on discounted orders:

We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code of 20% or greaterInstead we offer an additional 10% store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, removed tags or original packaging, stained/soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. This includes deodorant stains, make-up stains or removed/tampered with liners, etc.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note refunds take up to 14 business days to be processed.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Waverles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive tracking through our partner 'route'. 

When will my order arrive?

WVL offers standard ground shipping on all orders over $100. We aim to ship within 2-4 business days. 

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes! Please add the details in the notes section during check-out.

How do pre-orders work? 

If an item is in stock is ordered with a pre-order item they will ship together when the pre-order is ready to ship. Please contact us if you need it prior however additional shipping charges may be applied. Please note pre-order dates are listed as an estimate and are subject to change. 

I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.

Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.
